Underbody parts flatten and manage the airflow under the car so it passes cleanly instead of catching on suspension arms, exhaust and the transmission tunnel.
Flat underbody panels, rear suspension and differential covers, transmission tunnel covers, control arm guide strakes, turning vanes, fender evacuation kits and front wheel deflectors. This is the unglamorous half of an aero package, and usually the half that makes a rear diffuser actually work.
