Parts confirmed to fit the 2003–2008 Mercedes-AMG SL55 (R230, without the P30 package) and the 2012–2017 SL63 (R231), in both carbon-ceramic and iron brake specifications.

Both of these are heavy, powerful convertibles that spend their life on the road rather than the track, so the failure you see is not fade — it is a warped or heat-checked rotor after years of hard street use. A floating two-piece ring handles that cycle far better than a one-piece casting. Tell us the year and whether the car has carbon ceramics, because the R230 and R231 parts are not interchangeable.
