Team ANBD LLC (“we,” “our,” or “the Company”) sells automotive parts manufactured by third-party companies. All products we offer are covered exclusively under the original manufacturer’s warranty, subject to the terms and conditions set by each manufacturer.

Team ANBD LLC does not create, extend, or modify any manufacturer warranty. Our responsibility is limited to assisting customers with warranty submissions as outlined below.

 

 

2. Warranty Coverage

Warranty coverage—including duration, limitations, and specific defects covered—varies by manufacturer. Customers must review the warranty documentation provided by the product manufacturer for complete details.

Typical manufacturer warranties may cover:

     Provide order number, purchase date, product details, as well as a description of the issue.

    • Photos/videos showing the defect

    • Any additional information required by the manufacturer

  3. Manufacturer Review
     We will forward the claim to the manufacturer or provide instructions for direct submission, depending on manufacturer policy.
     The manufacturer has sole authority to approve, deny, or determine the remedy for the claim.

  4. Resolution
     If approved by the manufacturer, remedies may include:

    • Repair of the product

    • Replacement of the product

    • Store credit issued by the manufacturer

    • Other remedies as determined by the manufacturer

Team ANBD LLC cannot guarantee outcomes or timelines for manufacturer reviews.

 

 

4. Team ANBD LLC Limitations

By purchasing from Team ANBD LLC, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

  • Team ANBD LLC does not provide any independent warranty.

  • Team ANBD LLC is not liable for damages, labor costs, loss of use, or other incidental or consequential losses related to product failure.

  • Warranty decisions are made solely by the product manufacturer.

  • Team ANBD LLC’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

 

 

5. Shipping and Inspection

Some manufacturers require defective items to be returned for inspection. The customer may be responsible for:

  • Shipping the product back

  • Inspection fees, if required by the manufacturer

Team ANBD LLC will notify the customer of any required steps.

 

 

6. Products Used for Competition or Off-Road Use

Many automotive performance parts are intended for motorsports or off-road use. Manufacturers may void warranty coverage for products used under these conditions.
 Customers are responsible for confirming whether a product qualification applies before installation or use.
