Overview

The Verus Engineering Rear Diffuser combines function, form and science on the VB WRX. It bolts on with no permanent modifications to the car while retaining significant strength.

State-of-the-art analysis software was used during R&D to extract more performance from the available build volume, increasing downforce and reducing drag. In-house scan data gives a near-OEM fit and finish.

The Engineering

The diffuser decreases overall lift and reduces drag, improving aerodynamic efficiency. Its strakes create vortices that keep flow attached to the diffuser surface, generating a low-pressure zone at the rear of the car.
