Overview

The Drag Wing for the S550 is built to remove drag, making the car more slippery down a dragstrip or airfield. The reduction comes from cutting pressure drag off the back of the Mustang — shrink the pressure bubble, shed drag. It's designed to work with the factory trunk and handle the loads, bolting on easily.

The airfoil was optimized within the available build volume for the specific needs of high-horsepower drag racers, with CFD confirming the wing receives adequate airflow once installed. In-house scan data gives a near-OEM fit and finish.

It pairs well with the Ventus 1 Package, further reducing drag while providing the rear grip needed to lower ETs.

The Engineering

Designed for the S550 / GT350 owner wanting to reduce drag. The wing dramatically cuts drag while generating a little downforce, letting the rear tires find grip at speed with less drag penalty. Combined with the Ventus 1 kit, drag drops substantially while a small amount of downforce is added — lower drag ETs and more driver confidence.
