The U3000 PRO two-channel system — 4K front and 2K rear on dual Sony STARVIS 2 sensors — supplied with a hardwiring cable for a permanent, fuse-box installation.

Hardwiring vs OBD II

A hardwired install is the tidier and more reliable option for parking mode: the cable disappears behind the trim and draws from the fuse box with proper voltage cut-off protection. It takes longer to fit than the OBD II alternative and is best done professionally, but nothing is left plugged into the diagnostic port.

Dual STARVIS 2

IMX678 front and IMX675 rear, with HDR on both channels. Plates stay readable at speed and exposure holds through tunnels and low sun.
