Overview

The Multiplexer Box expands a compatible Thinkware dash cam beyond two channels, adding side, interior and exterior cameras for full vehicle coverage. Choose the bundle that matches the coverage you need.

Important — this is an add-on

The Multiplexer Bundle cannot record on its own. It requires a compatible Thinkware dash cam already installed.

Compatible cameras: U1000 Plus, Q850, Q200, F200 PRO, F790, X800 and X700.

Who It's For

Multi-channel setups earn their keep on commercial vehicles, fleet cars, rideshare work and anything carrying valuable cargo — situations where an incident down the side of the vehicle or in the load area is as likely as one in front. For a private car, a two-channel system is usually enough.

Installation

Realistically a professional job. You're routing several camera cables through trim and headlining, plus the multiplexer box itself needs a home. Budget accordingly if you're not fitting it yourself.

Cameras included vary by bundle. Bundle #3 provides the fullest 360-degree coverage.
