Overview

The Verus Engineering Air Dam is a simple bolt-on addition that improves front splitter performance and turns any front splitter into a more complete system. By preventing high-pressure air from making its way between the splitter and the bumper, it increases the pressure differential across the splitter and improves its performance.

Improving airflow around the front bumper also benefits other components — front splitter endplates and dive planes both see gains alongside it.

A strong addition for owners who track their car or enjoy spirited driving and want more from their existing splitter.

The Engineering

With the air dam installed, air cannot force its way between the bumper and the splitter, ensuring the maximum pressure differential between the splitter's top and bottom surfaces is reached at speed and increasing generated downforce. It also helps bring the splitter horizontal to the road surface, improving performance further.
