This is the Snow Performance Dodge Challenger/Charger Hellcat Throttle Body Spacer Injection Plate. Part snoSNO-40074. A larger throttle body increases airflow into the intake manifold.

Snow Performance Throttle Body Spacer Injection Plates are the easiest, best selling way to mount water-meth or nitrous nozzles on your 2008+ Dodge Challenger /Charger 5.7L / 6.1L / 6.4L. Simply fit between the throttle body and intake manifold and enjoy custom placement of two 1/8" NPT ports. Warning! When using a throttle body injection plate a solenoid upgrade part# 40060 must be used to prevent vacuum siphoning.
