This is the Snow Performance 2015+ Ford Mustang 2.3L EcoBoost Throttle Body Spacer Injection Plate. Part snoSNO-40079. A larger throttle body increases airflow into the intake manifold.

Snow Performance Throttle Body Spacer Injection Plates are the easiest, best-selling way to mount water-meth nozzles. Simply fit the throttle spacer between the throttle body and intake manifold and enjoy the placement of up to 2 Snow Performance Hyper-Sonic nozzles right where you need it!

Note For safety, a solenoid (part #40060) must be used when injecting post throttle body to prevent vacuum siphoning
