GiroDisc titanium pad shields for the 2018+ Subaru WRX STI (Requires Trimmed Rear Pads), rear axle. A thin titanium shim sits between the pad backing plate and the caliper pistons, so braking heat stays in the pad instead of soaking into the pistons and brake fluid.

Why titanium shims
