Overview

The R35 GT-R has a strong coefficient of drag from the factory, but the tunnel area of the underbody is left wide open. Covering that large area further reduces underbody drag, and on cars running rake, Verus measured an increase in downforce as well.

Developed using the ANSYS adjoint solver and CFD analysis.
