GiroDisc Alpine A110 Slotted Front Rotors

GiroDisc two-piece slotted front rotors for the Alpine A110. These replace the factory one-piece front rotors with a lighter, rebuildable floating assembly built for repeated track use.

Why a GiroDisc two-piece rotor

• Floating two-piece design. A cast iron disc ring is mounted to a central hat with high-strength alloy steel drive pins, so the ring can expand axially and radially with heat instead of fighting the hat. Anti-noise spring washers keep the float silent.
• 6061-T6 aluminum hat. The hat is machined from U.S.-sourced 6061-T6 aircraft-specification aluminum, cutting rotating and unsprung weight against the one-piece factory casting.
• Curved internal vanes act as a centrifugal pump, forcing cooling air through the disc on track.
• Slotted, not cross-drilled. Slots sweep the pad face clean without the stress risers that make drilled rotors crack.
• Rebuildable. When the iron is worn out you replace the rings only and keep the hats and hardware.
