Overview

The UCW Rear Wing significantly increases rear downforce, enhances confidence on track, and reduces lap times. Designed to work with the factory trunk and carry the downforce loads, it bolts on easily and delivers real gains for track use.

The airfoil was optimized within the given build volume — derived from the V1X — using state-of-the-art analysis software, with CFD confirming the wing receives adequate airflow once installed. In-house scan data gives near-OEM fit and finish, with an aesthetic that follows the natural curves of the BRZ and GR86.

Verus also offers a Swan Neck variant of the UCW, and a High-Efficiency Rear Wing that balances the car without the added scale of the UCW.

UCW Wings are assembled per order and ship within 5 business days of receipt of order unless otherwise specified.

The Engineering

The wing generates downforce across a 0 to 15 degree angle of attack range, letting it balance a variety of front aerodynamic kits. As part of the Ventus 3 aerodynamic kit, it adds significant downforce to reduce lap times and increase corner speeds. Verus CFD data and real-world experimental data correlate closely, validating both the analysis approach and the wing's performance.
