Description

Overview

The V1X swan neck wing significantly increases rear downforce on the Mk5 Supra, boosting confidence on track and reducing lap times. It's designed to work with the factory trunk and carry the downforce loads, bolting on easily.

The airfoil was optimized using state-of-the-art analysis software, with CFD confirming it receives adequate airflow once installed, balances the Verus front splitter, and performs as intended. In-house scan data gives a near-OEM fit and finish.

The V1X suits the track driver who needs a large increase in rear downforce to balance a significant front aero package such as the High Downforce Front Splitter.

V1X Wings are assembled per order and ship within 5 business days of receipt of order unless otherwise specified.

The Engineering

The V1X generates downforce across a 0 to 15 degree angle of attack range, letting it balance a variety of front aerodynamic kits. As part of the Ventus 5 kit it adds significant downforce, reducing lap times and increasing corner speed. Verus CFD data and real-world experimental data correlate closely. Proudly made in the USA.

Note: Verus offers upgraded hatch struts if the trunk struggles to stay open with the wing fitted.
