Description

Overview

Developed in response to customers asking for a splitter that makes more downforce, allowing higher rear wing angles of attack and lower lap times. This tunneled front splitter bolts on in the same fashion as the standard Verus splitter and makes 27% more front downforce.

It mounts at multiple chassis locations for a strong, durable install, with all hardware locations recessed for improved aerodynamic performance.

The blade is produced from carbon polyweave, the same material used in top-tier motorsport. It isn't brittle, so it avoids the cracking common to carbon fiber and ABS, and it won't grab and bend under the car the way aluminum units can. The air dam brings the splitter flat with the underbody, produced from sheet aluminum and powder-coated black for durability.

The Engineering

Iterative design work using state-of-the-art analysis software extracted more performance from the splitter, splitter diffuser tunnels and air dam combination, and sized the splitter and dive planes to counteract the rear wing and diffuser for a safe, effective aero balance.

Important: with this splitter you will need to run your rear wing at a higher angle of attack than with the standard Verus splitter.
