Part exeNF04. A flywheel bolts to the crankshaft and carries the clutch; a lighter flywheel lets the engine rev up and down more quickly.

Exedy flywheels combine low weight, low inertia and high thermal capacity. They are designed for lightly tuned racing cars and drag racing, autocross and rally events, as well as street usage. They are made from solid one-piece billet chromoly steel or chromoly steel forgings. They are specifically designed to reduce weight and inertia for better engine response. Most incorporate special design features to enhance airflow and cooling of the clutch. The ring gear teeth are integrated onto the flywheel unlike an aluminum flywheel where the ring gear is pressed onto the flywheel and has the possibility of separating due to different expansion coefficients of aluminum vs. steel. Exedy steel billet and forged steel flywheels have passed engineering tests to 15,000-18,000 rpm and guaranteed not to fail to the said rpm and are all SFI approved.

Features and benefits

SFI Certified

Product details

Part type: Flywheels

Brand: Exedy

Exedy part number: exeNF04

Fitment

Vehicle: Nissan 350Z (Z33)

Years and trims on file: 2005 Nissan 350Z 35th Anniversary Edition; 2003-2006 Nissan 350Z Base; 2003-2006 Nissan 350Z Enthusiast; 2005-2006 Nissan 350Z Grand Touring; 2003-2005 Nissan 350Z Performance; 2003-2006 Nissan 350Z Touring; 2003-2006 Nissan 350Z Track

Application listing: Exedy 2003-2007 Infiniti G35 V6 Lightweight Flywheel

Check the vehicle, model years, engine and trim above against your car before ordering.
